Fire Elemental Drop Stained Glass Suncatcher - Limited Edition with Heirloom Glass

A geometric stained glass suncatcher featuring vibrant red and orange glass that captures light like dancing flames and summer sun. The clean lines and geometric composition draw inspiration from Mission style and Arts & Crafts Movement design principles. This was one of the pieces from the original Elemental Drop series - the design that launched Thomas Critchlow Art Glass.

A Piece of Family Legacy:
At the center of each Elemental Drop was a piece of glass from my Grandpa Thomas, for whom this studio is named. He practiced stained glass craft, and I grew up surrounded by his work. The Fire element has sold out, and there is no more of his glass to create additional pieces.

The Fire Element:
Red and orange glass evoked the qualities of Fire - passion, energy, and transformation. This piece brought warmth and vitality to any space.

Irreplaceable Materials:
Beyond the heirloom center glass, every piece in this suncatcher used Kokomo Opalescent Glass limited run colors - discontinued batches that will never be produced again. This combination of materials made each Elemental Drop truly finite.

The Original Design:
This is the design I launched on Kickstarter to fund my first year as a glass artist. It bought me glass, solder, iron, and a new grinder - proving that handcrafted stained glass could sustain a studio.

The Elemental Drop Series:
Originally created as a set of four (Earth, Air, Fire, Water), each featuring my grandfather's glass at the center. Fire element is now sold out. Final pieces of Air, Earth, and Water are still available while supplies last.
