Processing Time

Each piece is handcrafted in my Central Indiana studio.

Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
Custom or personalized items: Processing time varies by project and will be stated on the individual product listing.
Commissioned works: Processing time varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. A timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before payment.

You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Method

Orders ship within the United States using USPS.

Continental United States: USPS Ground Advantage
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands: USPS Flat Rate

At this time, expedited shipping options are not available.

Shipping Cost

Continental United States: $10 flat rate; orders of $75 or more ship free
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands: $15 flat rate; orders of $100 or more ship free
The shipping charge applies per order, so multiple items that can be safely packaged together ship for the same flat rate.

Delivery Time

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

Glass pieces are securely packaged with protective materials appropriate for the item to help protect them during shipping.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Please photograph the unopened package and shipping label before opening it, if possible. After opening, please also photograph the damaged piece and packaging.
