Processing Time
I handcraft each order in my Central Indiana studio. Processing times vary by product type:
- Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days
- Personalized items (name cards, custom messages): 2-4 business days
- Custom items (laser engraving, made-to-order designs): 5-10 business days
- Commissioned works: Vary with complexity and size, will be confirmed before payment is received

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to addresses within the United States only. All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
